Directions
1 Cook noodles as directed on package, without added salt or fat, and drain.
2 While noodles are cooking, saute the meat, onions, and mushrooms in a large nonstick pan until meat is brown. Crumble the meat as it cooks. Drain the fat.
3 Add the gravy, sour cream, garlic salt, and pepper and cook over medium heat until heated, about 3-5 minutes.
4 Add in the sherry, mix thoroughly and serve over noodles.
Additional Information
You can replace the ground beef with lean ground turkey and the egg noodles with no-yolk noodles if you prefer.
