Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, extra lean, raw
1 chopped green bell peppers , cut into narrow strips
1 small onions , thinly sliced
8 whole wheat tortillas (7-inches each)
0.75 cup salsa , well-drained
0.5 cup sour cream, nonfat


Directions
1 Brown ground beef, green pepper, and onion in a large skillet. Cook until beef is lightly browned and cooked through. Drain off fat.
2 Divide mixture evenly and spoon into tortillas. Top each with 2 tablespoons salsa and 1 tablespoon sour cream.
3 Roll up and serve.
