1 Brown ground beef, green pepper, and onion in a large skillet. Cook until beef is lightly browned and cooked through. Drain off fat. 2 Divide mixture evenly and spoon into tortillas. Top each with 2 tablespoons salsa and 1 tablespoon sour cream. 3 Roll up and serve.
