Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortillas
1 tsp honey mustard
4 Cheese, Swiss, reduced fat, thin slice (or reduced fat jarlsberg cheese)
1 fresh carrots , peeled and shredded or cut lengthwise into strips
5 piece fresh romaine leaves
0.25 cup sliced zucchini , grilled


Directions
1 Spread mustard on tortilla and top with cheese and remaining vegetables. Roll and cut in half. Place a toothpick in the center to hold together.
Additional Information
Serve as an appetizer by slicing wrap into 1 1/2 slices.
