Ingredients

Directions
1 Preheat for 5 minutes. Grill the chicken breast on cooking spray coated grill rack for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked. Cool and chop into very small pieces.
2 In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili sauce. Mix well.
3 Coat the grill again with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Lay 1 won ton square on a flat surface. Place 1 heaping tablespoon of the chicken and vegetable mixture on one-half of the square.
4 Dab a bit of water on the edges of the noodle over the top, forming a triangle and sealing the edges with your fingertips. Repeat with the remaining won ton noodle squares.
5 Place 4 won ton on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes, or until browned and crisp. Repeat with remaining won ton.
6 Serve with additional soy sauce.
Additional Information
Make sure grill is preheated so won tons can have even crispy brown color.
