1 Clean the squash and remove the seeds and woody fibers. Dice the squash into small cubes about 1/4-inch square. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. 2 In a small bowl, mix together the lowfat margarine, black pepper, and salt. 3 Place the squash in the grill and brush with butter mixture. Grill for 6-8 minutes or until tender. 4 Place the squash in a serving bowl and pour seasoned butter over the squash.
