Ingredients
0.33 cup chopped parsley
5 medium garlic cloves
0.33 cup fresh lemon juice
0.25 cup olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 pinch ground cayenne (red pepper)
1.5 lb turkey breast strips, uncooked , pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
1 tbsp olive oil


Directions
1 In a food processor or blender, pulse together parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, and pepper.
2 Preheat a grill or broiler and arrange turkey slices on heat source. Cook 4 minutes per side coating both sides lightly with olive oil.
3 When ready to serve, spoon sauce over turkey and reserve some for the side.
Additional Information
This sauce also works well on chicken.
