1 In a food processor or blender, pulse together parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, and pepper. 2 Preheat a grill or broiler and arrange turkey slices on heat source. Cook 4 minutes per side coating both sides lightly with olive oil. 3 When ready to serve, spoon sauce over turkey and reserve some for the side.
