1 Put the tomato paste, capers, pimiento, olives, and cloves in a blender and pulse until finely chopped. Pour into a bowl. 2 Season the tuna with the pepper. Light the grill and spray the rack with the cooking spray. 3 Grill for about 4 to 6 minutes then turn over and grill for another 4 to 6 minutes. 4 Place the tuna on 6 plates and top each with 2 tablespoons of the tapenade. Serve with the lemon wedges on the side.
