Ingredients
1 tbsp tomato paste , sun dried
4 oz capers , drained
4 oz pimentos , drained and diced
15 pitted calamata olives , pitted
3 medium garlic cloves , halved
2.25 lb tuna steaks , cut into 6 steaks
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 cooking spray
1 medium lemons , wedges (optional)


Directions
1 Put the tomato paste, capers, pimiento, olives, and cloves in a blender and pulse until finely chopped. Pour into a bowl.
2 Season the tuna with the pepper. Light the grill and spray the rack with the cooking spray.
3 Grill for about 4 to 6 minutes then turn over and grill for another 4 to 6 minutes.
4 Place the tuna on 6 plates and top each with 2 tablespoons of the tapenade. Serve with the lemon wedges on the side.
