Ingredients
8 oz tuna steaks , trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 chopped green bell peppers , seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup fresh diced pineapple
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
0.25 cup white wine (dry)
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp olive oil
0.5 tsp salt
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat grill.
2 Using four 12-inch metal skewers, alternately thread the tuna, green pepper, and pineapple.
3 In small bowl, mix lemon juice, white wine, garlic, oregano, oil, and salt. Brush onto kabobs.
4 Coat grill rack with cooking spray and place over medium hot grill. Place kabobs on rack, cover, and grill 8-12 minutes. Continue basting and turning occasionally.
