1 Mix the soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, wasabi, ginger, and green onions in a large bowl, and whisk. 2 Taste for seasoning, and set aside, and mix the red onion and greens in a large bowl, and toss well. 3 Place the mixture on four plates, and spoon the tuna on top and serve.

Canned tuna or any fish can work as well.
