Ingredients
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
0.25 cup fresh lime juice
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp wasabi paste
0.5 tsp ground ginger
2 fresh green onions , finely chopped
16 oz Fish, tuna, bluefin, fillet, baked/broiled (4 (4-ounce) steaks)
1 red onion , thinly sliced
4 cup salad greens


Directions
1 Mix the soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, wasabi, ginger, and green onions in a large bowl, and whisk.
2 Taste for seasoning, and set aside, and mix the red onion and greens in a large bowl, and toss well.
3 Place the mixture on four plates, and spoon the tuna on top and serve.
Additional Information
Canned tuna or any fish can work as well.
