Ingredients

7 oz sea bass fillet
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
5 oz russet potatoes , baked, peeled, and quartered
1 tbsp fresh rosemary , chopped
1.5 tsp olive oil
2 cup chopped zucchini
1 cooking spray


Directions

1 Brush lemon juice on the side of the sea bass fillet and season with black pepper. Grill each side for about 4 minutes or until desired doneness, cooking thoroughly .
2 Toss quartered potatoes with rosemary and olive oil. Bake on baking sheet in a 320 degree F oven for 30 minutes, flipping the potato fries halfway through at 15 minutes.
3 Heat a nonstick saute pan and spray with cooking spray. Saute the zucchini until it is soft and tender, about 4 minutes.
