Directions
1 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes or until cooked.
2 Chop into small pieces and set aside. Clean the potatoes and chop into small cubes (about 1/4-inch).
3 Lightly coat the grill with the cooking spray and add the potato cubes. Grill for 4 minutes.
4 Combine in a small bowl and mix the margarine, salt, and pepper with the onion and cooked chicken. Add the chicken and onion mixture to the potatoes in the grill.
5 Spread evenly across the grill, and grill for 3-4 more minutes. When potatoes are tender, remove the hash to a serving bowl. Garnish with the parsley and serve.
