Ingredients
0.25 cup orange juice
0.25 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp garlic cloves, chopped
1 bay leaves
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.5 tsp dry mustard
0.5 tsp ground ginger
0.5 tsp onion powder
2 lb pork tenderloin , trimmed of fat


Directions
1 Use a shallow dish, and mix the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, bay leaf, pepper, mustard, ginger, and onion powder.
2 Add the pork tenderloins. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
3 Grill the pork over medium-hot coals for 20 to 25 minutes, or bake at 350 degrees F basting with the marinade mixture, for about 50 minutes, or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F make sure to discard unused marinade.
