Directions
1 In a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag combine lemon, lemon juice, onions, parsley, basil, and garlic; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat chicken.
2 Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
3 Remove chicken from marinade, and discard marinade.
4 Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350 degrees F to 400 degrees F).
5 Place chicken on rack, and grill, covered, 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.
