Ingredients
1 lb tuna fillets , cut into 1 1/2 inch by 2 inch cubes
0.5 tsp wasabi powder
0.5 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 pinch white pepper
4 tsp low sodium soy sauce


Directions
1 Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl, add tuna, and coat each piece with marinade. Marinate for 10 to 20 minutes in refrigerator.
2 When ready to cook, grill or broil for 5 to 10 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
