Ingredients
2 lb T-Bone steak, lean , cut 1 inch thick
1 pinch salt

BBQ Rub
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cumin
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
0.25 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)


Directions
1 Combine rub ingredients; press evenly onto beef steaks.
2 Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals.
3 Grill, uncovered, 14 to 16 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Remove bones and carve steaks into slices, if desired. Season with salt, as desired.
4 Broil Tip: To broil, place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil 15 to 20 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once.
