4 cup low fat unsalted chicken broth
4 medium garlic cloves
0.25 fresh lemon juice, per fruit
1.5 cup kale, chopped (or other greens)
1 cup orzo pasta , cooked
1 pinch black pepper (optional)


Directions
1 In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, garlic cloves, and lemon juice. Add vegetables and bring to a simmer.
2 In a separate pot, cook pasta following package directions and then drain.
3 When vegetables are cooked and tender (approximately 15 minutes), add orzo and pepper to taste.
Additional Information
Delicious if topped with Parmesan cheese.
