Green Mayonnaise

Source: Chef Barrae

This recipe doesn't include a specific list of the green ingredients, but rather allows you to individualize it to your own tastes and what you have in the refrigerator. It makes a flavorful dip for a crudites or for cold shrimp, a cold sauce to bathe your roasted chicken or fish in, an exciting new condiment for a sandwich or wrap, and a spectacular and unexpected salad dressing.
