Ingredients
4 cup Lettuce, green mignonette, fresh , torn
0.5 cup fresh chopped celery
4 Radishes, fresh , sliced
0.5 cup Peas, green, sweet, frozen , thawed and drained
1 large tomato , cut into wedges
0.5 small onions , sliced and separated into rings (purple)
4 turkey bacon
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp cold water
1 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper , coarsely ground
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, celery, radishes, peas, tomato, and onion. Refrigerate.
2 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
3 Grill the bacon for 3-4 minutes. Cool, crumble and set aside.
4 Assemble the dressing by blending the oil, vinegar, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shake well.
5 Pour the dressing over the salad, toss the ingredients and garnish with the bacon.
