Ingredients
0.5 cup fresh chopped onion
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 tbsp olive oil
28 oz canned unsalted diced tomatoes
6 piece black olives, drained , pitted and sliced
1 tsp oregano leaves , dried, crushed
16 oz frozen French-cut green beans
0.5 cup Cheese, feta, crumbled (2 ounces)


Directions
1 In large skillet, heat oil over medium. Add onion and garlic, cook 5 minutes or until tender.
2 Add undrained tomatoes, olives, and oregano. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Add beans. Return to boiling.
3 Boil gently, uncovered, about 8 minutes or until beans are tender.
4 Transfer to serving bowl; sprinkle with feta cheese.
