Servings
Ingredients
1 cup Flour, graham
0.5 cup white all purpose flour
3 tbsp Buttermilk, dried
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 cup brown sugar
0.5 cup brown sugar substitute, granulated
2 egg whites , room temperature
0.25 cup Molasses, dark
1 light unsalted stick margarine , room temperature
0.5 cup Dates, pitted , chopped


Directions
1 Mix flours, dry buttermilk, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, and sugar substitute in a bowl and mix at a low speed for 1 minute.
2 Add egg white, molasses, and margarine at a medium speed for one minute.
3 Mix the dates and dough together lightly.
4 Drop onto the cookie sheets by the tablespoonfuls onto the cookie sheets after they have been sprayed with cooking spray.
5 Set the oven to 375 degrees F and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
6 Take the cookies out of the oven to chill at room temperature.
