Ingredients
1 lb snow peas (or 1 12-oz. pkg. frozen snow peas, thawed)
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 medium garlic cloves , crushed
1 tsp fresh ginger root , grated
2 tbsp cooking sherry


Directions
1 Clean snow peas, trimming if necessary. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in snow peas, garlic, and ginger.
2 Sauté for 2 minutes, until peas are tender. Toss with sherry.
Additional Information
Put a pork tenderloin in a 450 degrees F. oven to roast and stir up these flavorful snow peas on the stovetop: Dinner in 20 minutes.
