Ingredients
0.25 cup margarine
0.25 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp honey
0.75 cup white all purpose flour
2 tsp ground ginger
0.12 tsp salt
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat oven at 325 degrees F.
2 In a medium saucepan combine margarine, sugar, and honey; place over low heat, and cook, stirring constantly, until margarine melts.
3 In a medium bowl combine flour, ginger, and salt; add margarine mixture, stirring well.
4 Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
5 Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to wire racks; cool completely.
Additional Information
Cookies can be tough if you use too much flour. Lightly spoon flour into the measuring cup; never pack it.
