Ingredients
0.25 cup mirin
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1.5 tsp fresh ginger root , grated
1 fresh green onions , chopped
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.25 tsp sesame oil
0.75 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts , cut into 1-inch cubes


Directions
1 Combine mirin, soy sauce, ginger, green onion, garlic, and sesame oil in a medium bowl. Stir in cubes of chicken and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
2 Preheat the broiler. Thread skewers with chicken cubes.
3 Place in a shallow baking dish and broil for 5-7 minutes, turning over and reapplying marinade a few times as they cook.
Additional Information
Serve with jasmine rice.
