Servings
Ingredients
2 cup cold water , cold
1 cup fresh lime juice
4 tsp ground ginger (bottled)
0.75 cup sugar , superfine
3 cup seltzer
1 medium limes , sliced (optional)

Directions
1 Using a blender, mix together water, lime juice, and ginger until well combined. Using colander lined with cheesecloth, pour mixture through and into a pitcher; throw away pieces that are caught in cheesecloth. Spoon sugar into liquid and mix until it fully disappears.
2 When ready to serve, pour seltzer into pitcher. Garnish each glass with lime slices if using. Serve chilled.
Additional Information
If you can not find superfine sugar, blend in a blender until fine. Bottled ginger can be found in the produce section of a market or in an Asian food store.
