Ingredients
0.75 lb Carrots, fresh, baby, medium , cut into very thin slices
0.5 cup low fat unsalted chicken broth
1 pinch onion powder
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.5 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp whipped butter


Directions
1 Put the carrot slices, broth, and onion powder in a saucepan. Cook for about 15 minutes.
2 Drain then add the lemon juice, ginger, parsley, and butter.
3 Toss to mix. Serve.
