1 In medium skillet, heat oil over medium high. Add pork and onions. Cook over medium high for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. 2 Add apple slices. 3 In small bowl, whisk broth, cider, vinegar, cornstarch, sage, thyme, and pepper. Stir into pork.
4 Bring liquid to a boil and reduce heat to low. 5 Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until pork is cooked and sauce has thickened.
