Ingredients

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 15x 11x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2 Use a large mixing bowl, and beat together the cake mix, egg, egg whites, and water until creamy. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and bake for 15 minutes.
3 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the condensed milk, coconut, and pecans.
4 Preheat the boiler.
5 Pour the coconut mixture over the top of the cake, spreading it evenly. Broil for about 2 minutes, or until golden. Watch carefully, and remove from the oven, and let it cool.
6 Use a mixing bowl, and beat together the margarine, cocoa, confectioners sugar, and vanilla.
7 Add the milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the frosting reaches spreading consistency. Spread over the cake, and cool before serving.
