3 cup chopped tomato (about 1 pound)
2.25 cup fresh cucumber, peeled and chopped (about 1/2 pound)
1 cup chopped red bell peppers
1 cup chopped green bell peppers
0.5 cup fresh chopped celery
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion
2 tsp chili powder
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
3 cup Juice, tomato, canned, org
1 medium limes , cut into wedges (optional)


Directions
1 In a large bowl, mix together tomatoes, cucumbers, red and green peppers, celery, onions, chili powder, and garlic.
2 Using a food processor or blender, pulse half the mixture until there are no lumps. Spoon liquid mixture into a separate bowl and repeat pulsing with other half of chunky mixture. Spoon the rest of the mixture into the bowl and top with tomato juice; mix well.
3 Wrap with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. When ready to serve, garnish with lime wedges.
Additional Information
This can be made up to 3 days in advance. Chill in an airtight container and stir well before serving.
