Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large garlic cloves , minced
2 fresh spinach, 10 oz. package , rinsed and drained but not spun dry, tough stems trimmed
0.25 tsp salt


Directions
1 Using a 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.
2 Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, 30 seconds. Stir in half the spinach with water clinging to leaves; cover and cook just until wilted, approximately 2 minutes.
3 Add remaining spinach and cook, uncovered, until tender, 2 minutes longer. Stir in salt.
