Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp low fat unsalted chicken broth
2 medium garlic cloves , pressed
12 oz French bread baguette , cut diagonally into 16 slices


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Combine oil, broth, and garlic in a small mixing bowl.
3 Brush oil mixture onto one side of each piece of bread.
4 Place bread on a baking sheet lined with foil spread side up.
5 Bake 10-13 minutes, until lightly brown.
