1 Pour oil in a skillet and heat over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook for 2 minutes, continually stirring. Mix in half the spinach; cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Mix in the rest of the spinach and cook until spinach wilts, about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
