Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 cooking spray
5 cup fresh mushrooms , quartered (about 1 pound)
0.25 tsp hot red pepper flakes
0.12 tsp salt
10 medium garlic cloves , chopped
0.5 cup fat free unsalted beef broth
1 pepper, black, dash
2 tbsp chopped parsley , fresh


Directions
1 Pour oil in a large cooking spray coated skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
2 Mix in the mushrooms, red pepper, salt, and garlic and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3 Lower heat to medium and pour in broth and sprinkle with pepper. Cook another 5 minutes.
4 Take off mixture off of heat and scatter parsley around.
Additional Information
Do not be worried if the mushrooms sizzle when they hit the olive oil, that is what makes this dish so great.
