Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
2 Set the pork on a baking sheet and slice 1/2-inch slits in the pork. Put a garlic slice in each slit. Season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and paprika.
3 Bake for 22 minutes. Once the pork is cooked, set aside, let sit for 3 minutes, slice diagonally in thin pieces.
4 Put the rest of the ingredients except the oil in a saucepan and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Do not boil.
5 Take off of the heat, mix in the oil, and serve.
Additional Information
Try with 1 cup of mashed sweet potatoes, 1 cup spinach leaves, or 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers.
