Ingredients
6 oz French bread baguette , split lengthwise
0.5 cup fresh basil , leaves packed
0.25 cup part skim ricotta cheese
1 medium garlic cloves , pressed
0.5 tsp black pepper , freshly ground


Directions
1 Line baking sheet with foil and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2 Place the bread halves on the cooking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
3 In a blender mix basil, ricotta cheese, garlic, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
4 Spread the mixture over each of the bread half and bake for 15 minutes.
