Servings
Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium shallots , finely chopped
4 medium garlic cloves , finely chopped
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley , fresh
1 pinch salt , to taste
1 medium lemons , cut in wedges (for garnish)
1 pinch black pepper


Directions
1 Cut chicken into strips.
2 In large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium high.
3 Add chicken, shallot, garlic, and paprika. Stir-fry until chicken is thoroughly cooked, 3 to 4 minutes.
4 Add lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
5 Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
