1 Combine the potatoes and garlic in a saucepan with water to cover, bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until very soft. Drain and transfer to a medium mixing bowl. 2 Mash together the potatoes and yogurt with a hand masher until quite smooth. Stir in the dill, scallions, salt, and pepper.
