Ingredients
1 lb Fish, mackerel, Atlantic, fillet, raw , rinsed, dried, and cut into 4 pieces
0.5 cup fresh lemon juice
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
2 fresh green onions , chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger root , chopped
1 bay leaves
1 fresh lemons , cut into wedges (optional)
1 pinch chopped parsley (optional)


Directions
1 Put the fillets in a nonstick skillet. Mix together the lemon juice, garlic, onions, ginger root, and bay leaf.
2 Spoon the mixture over the fish. Cover the skillet and bring to a boil. Decrease the heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
3 Remove the bay leaf. Serve with the lemon wedges and parsley if desired.
