Ingredients
4 piece Bread, French, medium slice , thick slices ( or Italian bread)
1 olive oil cooking spray
2 medium garlic cloves , cut into halves


Directions
1 Preheat broiler.
2 Coat both sides of bread with cooking spray. Arrange on a baking sheet and toast about 1 minute per side.
3 Rub garlic onto both sides of warmed bread.
Additional Information
Top bread with Parmesan cheese and minced garlic before toasting for a variation.
