Ingredients
2 Boboli Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust
1 olive oil cooking spray
0.5 tsp garlic powder , divided
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
0.5 cup fresh mushrooms , thinly sliced
0.5 cup sliced summer squash (zucchini or yellow squash)
1 fresh plum tomatoes , thinly sliced
0.5 chopped green bell peppers
2 tbsp fresh basil , chopped
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450°F.
2 Place pizza crusts on pizza stone or heavy non-stick baking sheet.
3 Lightly coat crusts with cooking spray and sprinkle each crust with 1/8 teaspoon of the garlic powder.
4 Sprinkle each crust with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
5 Arrange mushroom slices around outside of crust.
6 Arrange squash slices, tomato slices, and bell pepper.
7 Top with fresh basil, remaining garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
8 Coat again with cooking spray.
9 Bake 12 -15 minutes until vegetables are cooked and cheeses have melted. Cut in half and serve immediately.
