1 Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and Italian seasoning. Spoon mixture evenly over lavosh. 2 Lay vegetables on top of lavosh and sprinkle with Havarti. 3 Serve right away or chill for 1 hour. When ready to serve, drizzle dressing overtop.
