Ingredients
1.5 cup fresh broccoli florets , coarsely chopped
0.5 cup grated carrots
0.5 cup fresh cauliflower , coarsely chopped
0.5 cup Apples, fresh, sliced, USDA Commodity Commodity , cored and diced, not peeled, apple
0.25 cup fresh chopped green onion
0.5 cup Yogurt, vanilla, nonfat
0.25 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts


Directions
1 Mix all ingredients together in serving bowl.
2 Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or longer to allow flavors to blend. Serve cold. Cover and refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
