Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin , cut into thin strips
2 oz Salad Dressing, Italian, light (1/4 cup)
0.5 medium onions , sliced
1 cup chopped green bell peppers (or red, or yellow)
0.5 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 Tortilla, flour, ready to bake, 7" to 8" , warmed


Directions
1 In heavy plastic bag, combine pork strips and dressing. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
2 Drain off liquid. Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; stir-fry pork and onion slices for 5 minutes.
3 Stir in peppers and cook 5 more minutes. Add garlic powder and lemon juice; toss to coat. Serve in warm tortillas.
