Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.25 cup chopped red bell peppers
1 lb fresh spinach leaves , washed and stems removed
0.5 cup canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas), unsalted , drained and rinsed
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper


Directions
1 In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high. Add garlic and bell pepper and sauté 5 minutes.
2 Add beans and cook 3-4 minutes until beans are thoroughly heated.
3 Add spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until the spinach wilts. Serve.
