Ingredients
2 fresh plum tomatoes , chopped
1 cup Corn, plain, frozen , cooked (or fresh)
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion , and tops
2.67 cup Pasta, macaroni, enriched, cooked , cooked, room temperature (Fusilli or corkscrews)
0.33 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil (or olive oil)
3 tbsp fresh basil , finely chopped
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 Gently toss the pasta, tomatoes, corn and green onions together.
2 Fresh Basil Dressing: Whisk together the vinegar, oil, basil leaves, garlic, salt, and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
3 Drizzle basil dressing overtop.
Additional Information
Substitute any fresh vegetable or any kind of pasta.
