7 oz Tofu, silken, lite , drained
1 cup Mango, fresh, slices , peeled, pitted mango, cubed
1 cup Raspberries, fresh , halved (or strawberries)
1 cup orange juice
3 ice cubes


Directions
1 Process everything together in a blender or food processor.
Additional Information
For a change, replace the mango with watermelon, the raspberries with strawberries and the orange juice with cranberry juice and you have another delicious smoothie.
