Ingredients
1 small apples , cut into small chunks, divided (Green apple)
0.5 cup Cottage Cheese, 1% fat
0.25 cup Blueberries, fresh


Directions
1 Place half of the apple chunks in a glass parfait dish or cereal bowl.
2 Top uniformly with half of the cottage cheese and the blueberries.
3 Add the rest of the cottage cheese and the leftover apple. Serve immediately.
Additional Information
This recipe, taking virtually no time to make, can easily be prepared in a plastic cup to be enjoyed to go. For added "crunch", add 1/2 a cup of Kashi Grape Nuts. An apple and cottage cheese parfait that makes for a great breakfast on the go!
