Directions
1 Combine the water, cinnamon, and cloves in a saucepan. Cover, and bring to a boil.
2 Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3 Remove from heat and let mixture marinate overnight.
4 Drain spices from the liquid and discard.
5 Mix the tapioca and raisins with the liquid and let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
6 Place in a saucepan, cover, and let simmer until clear, then remove from heat.
7 Add fruits and sweetener to soup and refrigerate overnight before serving.
Additional Information
This soup is great whether it's served hot or cold!
