Servings
Ingredients
3 medium oranges
24 oz Fruit, mixed, individually, FS , cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup Yogurt, lemon, lowfat
0.25 tsp poppy seeds
6 pinch fresh mint (or edible flowers)

Directions
1 Cut each orange in half, and cut a thin slice from the bottom of each half so the oranges will sit upright.
2 Remove the flesh from each half, and thickly chop the orange flesh and put the pieces in a large bowl.
3 Place each orange bowl on a small plate, and spoon the fruit into the orange bowls, letting any extra fruit flow onto the plate.
4 Whisk together the yogurt and poppy seeds in a small bowl, and pour over the fruit, using 2 to 3 tablespoons per serving.
5 Top each serving with a sprig of mint or a flower.
