Ingredients
0.5 cup orange juice
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
0.5 medium oranges , navel, cut into 1/8 inch slices
1 tbsp grand marnier
16 oz vanilla frozen yogurt, no sugar added , or chocolate or coffee nonfat sugar-free frozen yogurt


Directions
1 Combine orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, and 2 tablespoons cold water in a small saucepan with wire whisk.
2 Cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
3 Add orange slices to the mixture and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in liqueur.
4 Divide yogurt among 4 plates and top each with an equal amount of orange mixture.
