Ingredients
10 tbsp margarine , softened
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
1 eggs
1 tsp lemon extract
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cup white all purpose flour
1 tsp low sodium baking powder
0.25 tsp salt
1 pinch ground cinnamon , ground

Sugar Frosting
2 cup powdered sugar
0.5 tsp lemon extract
2 tbsp fat free milk , more if needed


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2 Using electric beaters, beat margarine, sour cream, egg, and lemon extract until smooth. Mix in sugar. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, and gradually beat into margarine mixture. Chill dough 4 to 6 hours.
3 Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into shapes with 2-inch cookie cutters and lay on a baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool on wire racks.
4 Make frosting by whisking together powdered sugar, lemon extract, and enough milk to make a spreadable consistency.
5 Spread frosting on top and dust with cinnamon.
